Jungle Digital Detox & Wellness Reset in Costa Rica

The retreat unfolds over six days in a private jungle sanctuary that feels a world away from clocks and calendars. Your home for the week is a stunning glass-walled luxury treehouse with a king bed, a kitchen stocked with groceries you chose in advance, and a rainfall shower open to the jungle. Right outside, a waterfall flows in front of the bedroom, and toucans and monkeys are regular visitors. You'll have private access to trails that lead to swimming holes and the teal-green pools of 'La Diosa' waterfall, just a ten-minute walk away.

Each day follows a loose rhythm: waking with the light, eating breakfast at your own pace, then choosing between lounging, swimming, journaling, or joining one of the day's optional sessions. These offerings vary based on your chosen Path and might include a massage, yoga, an art playshop, breathwork, or a guided hike. The retreat intentionally avoids over-structuring, so there's no pressure to constantly 'work on yourself'—it's more about letting your system naturally unwind.

The digital detox is the core of this experience, and the design supports it: your evenings fall into a natural sleep-wake cycle without screen blue light, and your mind has room to wander. The facilitators are brought in for specific sessions, so you benefit from varied expertise without the constant presence of a group leader.
