The retreat takes place at Villas Adriana Wellness Village, a family property a few kilometers from the Palenque ruins. José Luis designed the week to combine intelligent training, recovery practices, and real jungle adventure. Mornings might start with mobility or light functional work, afternoons could include guided jungle hikes or visits to waterfalls, and evenings wind down with breathwork or meditation.
