Jungle Yoga Teacher Training Graduation Retreat in Costa Rica

Held at Hermosa Point Resort, an eco-conscious retreat center nestled in the hills above the Pacific Ocean, this retreat is designed as the culminating experience for graduates of Elements Wellness's 200-hour YTT. The program balances grounding practices like vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga with breathwork, meditation, and guided ceremonies, creating space for both deep inner work and joyful connection with your fellow trainees. Each day is structured but leaves room for rest, journaling, or exploring the natural surroundings, whether that's a hike, a swim in the ocean, or simply lounging by the pool.

The retreat is led by Buffie Diaz, MA, E-RYT 500, founder of Elements Wellness. With a Master's in School Counseling and training with yogis worldwide, she brings a grounded, holistic approach that weaves together physical practice, philosophy, and personal growth. Her style is supportive and empowering, focused on helping you feel confident and clear as you prepare to teach. The program includes daily workshops and integration sessions to help you step into your role as a teacher, as well as a special graduation ceremony to honor your achievement.

While the primary focus is on completing your training, there's also time for celebration and adventure. The retreat includes a professional photo session as a graduation gift, and you can add on optional excursions like surfing lessons, horseback riding, ziplining, or a mangrove tour. The atmosphere is one of community and mutual support, as you and your cohort mark this significant milestone together in one of the most beautiful settings in Costa Rica.
