The hotel runs several distinct programmes, all sharing the same base facilities and the same daily framework. The Weekend Escape is a 2-night longevity kickstart with lunch on arrival, spa time, aqua aerobics, an aromatherapy massage, and sauna sessions with a sauna master. Fitness & Wellbeing (5, 10 or 14 nights) pairs a protein-rich diet with 24-hour gym access and two to four personal training sessions plus the same number of aqua aerobics classes depending on length of stay. Wellness & Longevity (7 or 14 nights) is the gentlest option: balanced nutrition, dietary advice and workshops, and you choose how much movement to add. Recovery Retreat (7 or 14 nights) is built for people coming back from injury or surgery — one or two specialist consultations, two to four physical therapies of 50 minutes each, and a personalised diet plan. Body Balance (7 or 14 nights) runs a calorie-reduced meal plan with dietary advice from a dietitian and two to four personal training sessions. The detox programme (7 or 14 nights) uses a diet based on regional fruit and vegetables, with lymphatic drainage, a full-body scrub with back massage, a dietary consultation, and optional hydrocolon therapy available on site. Nordic Sleeping & Lifestyle Retreat (7, 10 or 14 nights) is built around the full daily schedule above plus three anti-stress massages and a stress-management coaching session. Relax & Recharge (7, 14 or 21 nights) leans on mental balance: three, six or nine anti-stress massages and one, two or three sessions with a mental coach, plus access to the meditation room.
What separates this from a generic spa hotel is the diet side. The kitchen runs three set calorie tiers — 460, 800 or 1,200 calories per day — and adjusts for vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free needs. One reviewer on a 600–800 calorie plan described the food as varied and tasty, with eggs, chicken and fish available on the higher tiers. Herbal teas and water are available all day at no charge. Meals are served at fixed times, which keeps the day structured.
The wellness area opens daily from 12 p.m. to 10 p.m. and includes a heated pool, sauna, steam bath, whirlpool and a salt room with mineral-rich air. The lakeside sauna is the standout — guided rituals with an experienced sauna master, with the lake in front of you. Massages, lymphatic drainage, hydrotherapy baths, facials, manicures and pedicures are all available; book treatments on arrival, as the better therapists fill up quickly.
The property has 49 rooms total, plus apartments and standalone forest houses. Standard rooms have lake views and their own balconies. Forest houses have a separate living and sleeping area, a private terrace and more space, and are also the only accommodation where dogs are allowed (with prior registration). Rooms on the first floor of the main building are noted in reviews as needing some updating; the bungalows and forest houses are described as in good condition. Bed linen and towels are changed once a week, towels can be swapped at reception for a small fee, bathrooms are cleaned daily, and beds are deliberately not made daily. There's a modern gym with 24-hour access on the fitness-focused programmes, an exercise hall with lake views, bicycle rental, and cooking classes and lectures on healthy eating that guests rate highly.
Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport is about 36 km away, roughly 45 minutes by car. A round-trip transfer can be arranged for around €100 per vehicle.
