Mano Azul is the Santa Fe studio of Ana and Darío, both certified Kundalini Yoga instructors through the Kundalini Research Institute Internacional. Ana also holds certifications in Hatha Yoga and Yoga Científico y Educacional, and teaches the initial-level Kundalini Yoga teacher training. Their classes are planned in advance, with a set of contents prepared for each week and variants offered so students can progress at their own pace.

The retreat takes place at Centro Umepay in Córdoba province, a move away from the studio's usual Santa Fe base. The programme draws on the practices Mano Azul teaches week to week: Kundalini Yoga, Hatha Yoga, meditation, Yoga Nidra, and sound baths with gong and crystal bowls. Guest teachers also join some sessions.

Sound work is a long-standing part of what they do. They have been running sound baths since 2016, when they trained with teachers they name on their site, and they still run them regularly in Santa Fe alongside the retreat programme.

What separates this from a large resort yoga week is the scale and the teaching. It is run by two people who teach together week in, week out, and who plan their class contents in advance rather than improvising.
