Kundalini Yoga and Natural Healing Retreat in the Portuguese Countryside

Amrit Singh has been leading Kundalini Yoga teacher trainings since 2000 and has a daily practice of 35 years. He also practises Chinese Herbal Medicine, acupuncture, and shiatsu, and offers Karam Kriya numerology readings. This retreat is an opportunity to work with him in a small group setting and address chronic health issues through personalized herbal plans.

The retreat is based at Amar Das, a secluded valley property a short drive from Lisbon. Accommodation is in simple, eco-style cabins surrounded by nature. You'll have access to the property's own kitchenette in some cabins, and shared bathroom facilities. The daily program includes morning yoga and meditation, lectures and discussions, and evening chanting at the nearby Kundalini Yoga ashram.
