The 200-hour Kundalini Yoga Teacher Training in Bali is a compact, month-starting program that covers far more than the standard asana-plus-pranayama syllabus. Expect to work with kriyas, bandhas, mudras, mantra chanting, and the subtle-body side of yoga — chakras and energy anatomy — alongside the philosophy and teaching methodology you need to lead classes yourself.

The teaching team is a mix of Indian and Balinese instructors, each with deep roots in the tradition. Founder Yogi Vishnu holds master's degrees in yoga and Sanskrit; Ashutosh specializes in therapeutic yoga and alignment; Rohit brings over a decade of teaching from Rishikesh and Bali. There's also a strong focus on learning how to actually teach — you'll get supervised practice sessions with real feedback, not just theory.

The setting is a big part of why this works. The retreat is in rural Ubud, away from the busiest tourist strips, surrounded by green fields and forest. Everything — meals, accommodation, classes — happens in the same calm space, so you're not dealing with commutes or distractions.
