Maglian is built as a residential campus: you arrive, park, and everything for the next few days happens within walking distance. There are 50 rooms and capacity for up to 100 overnight guests, a restaurant with terraces, bonfire areas and seminar or conference rooms that hold anywhere from 10 to 100 people. Wi-Fi runs across the whole property. For most groups the day follows a rhythm of working sessions indoors followed by an outdoor block, then dinner and something around the fire in the evening.

The team-building programme is the core of what they do. Facilitators lead 50-plus activities, and the mix is chosen with the organiser before arrival based on group size and what the team actually needs to work on. Archery and orienteering are standard picks, as are cooking challenges where teams prepare a meal together. Corporate retreats can run as single full days or stretch across several nights, with the agenda split between custom work sessions and outdoor experiences.

Conference and training groups use the same campus but a quieter format. Rooms of 10 to 100 come with projectors, AV setups and flip charts, and the training programmes are residential — teams stay, eat and learn on site, with activities in the afternoons to break up the classroom time. Seasonal packages add skiing on Divčibare in winter — the slopes are about 10 minutes from campus — or hiking, canyoning and kayaking in summer.
