Men's Adventure & Breathwork Reset Retreat in Andalusia

The Secret Reset runs from Monday to Saturday in a private villa called Nuevespigas, perched in the mountains above Casarabonela, about an hour from Malaga. The villa has nine en suite bedrooms, a pool, sauna, and wide terraces, and it's the base for the whole week. Mornings start early with lymphatic activation, Wim Hof-style breathwork, and cold plunges to wake the body up, before the day's main adventure.

The activities are serious: Day Two takes you to the Caminito del Rey, the famous cliff path in Malaga province, followed by a kickboxing masterclass. Day Three is climbing and a zipline at Ardales, then a sauna and breathwork session before a tomahawk BBQ. Day Four is a canyoning tour, and Day Five is a three-hour quad tour through the mountains, finishing with a beach club dinner and party at Silencio Torremolinos on the coast.

What sets this retreat apart is that every challenge is followed by deliberate integration. After each adrenaline high, you're brought back into stillness through sharing circles, journaling, and intention-setting. Mark is present throughout—he lives in the area, facilitates the breathwork and cold exposure, and hosts the fireside conversations. The food is high-quality vegan for most of the week, with a steak night thrown in, and everything runs on a tight schedule designed to keep you engaged from morning to night.
