Thailand · 7 days · From EUR 540
Training runs twice a day, six days a week. Mornings usually open around 6:30am with a group run or skipping, then 60–90 minutes on the pads and heavy bags with a Thai trainer. Breakfast is served after that. The second session, late morning or early afternoon, covers technique, clinch work and sparring for those who want it. Afternoon strength and conditioning is optional but most people do it — battle ropes, kettlebells, bodyweight circuits and CrossFit-style WODs in the camp gym.
Days are punctuated by simple stuff: a swim in the pool, a cold plunge, a nap in your room, and food. Three Thai meals are cooked fresh each day in the camp kitchen — curries, stir-fries, rice, noodles, fruit, eggs, and plenty of water and electrolyte drinks. Vegetarian and vegan requests are handled if you tell them at booking.
The Wellness package slots in 60-minute yoga sessions, including aerial yoga, plus guided meditation, a Thai cooking class and cultural outings. The 300 Step Challenge is a stair-and-hill circuit through the grounds, done as a group. Saturdays often mean a trip to a nearby lake, and the jungle waterfall trip is a half-day excursion with a swim at the end of the hike. Friday nights head to the local night market.
The camp isn't a resort. Rooms are comfortable but plain: beds, air conditioning or fan, private bathroom, and space to store your gear. The gym is open-air, and the whole place runs on a routine of eat, train, recover, repeat. That's the point — a week here feels more like living at a fight camp than booking into a hotel.
What separates this from other camps is the size and make-up of the trainer team. Ten Thai coaches, many ex-stadium fighters, means the training gets matched to your level instead of everyone doing the same drill. The rural Phetchabun location — not Phuket, not Chiang Mai — also means quiet roads for running, cheap local food, and almost no other tourists around.
