Muay Thai Training Camp in Chiang Mai with Semi-Private Coaching

Chiang Mai · 7 days

A typical day at The Camp runs around the scheduled training blocks. The Lite plan gives you two sessions a day and the Full plan gives you four, so the structure is simple: you train, you rest, you eat, you sleep, and you do it again. Sessions are built around technique work, pad work, bag work and clinch, with the semi-private coaching model meaning your trainer is on you about the details the whole time. If you have ever stood in a 30-person class and thrown kicks without a single correction, that is the thing this place is set up to avoid.

The facility side is bigger than most people expect from a camp: 4 full-size rings, 22 Fairtex heavy bags, 12,000 sq ft of mat and training space, a strength area and recovery options. There is also a coworking space, which matters if you are staying for a few weeks and need to log on between sessions.

The Camp is deliberately not all-inclusive in the resort sense. Meals are not part of the standard Stay & Train package, and there is no pool or airport transfer bundled in. Instead there is the Lean & Green Café on site selling light, healthy items, and you can eat around Chiang Mai as you like. If you want nutrition handled for you, the Detox & Weight Loss option includes juice-based detox during the fasting phase and recovery meals during the refeed phase.

Two other things set it apart. First, the coaching ratio: a maximum of two students per trainer in the core Stay & Train structure, which is the whole reason the price sits where it does. Second, the visa support: The Camp is a school/academy and can prepare the school-side and enrolment-related documents for ED and DTV training-related routes, with process guidance after payment. That makes it viable for people who want to train for months rather than a week.

Location-wise you are in Chiang Mai, northern Thailand — a city with a large Muay Thai scene, plenty of cheap food, and enough going on that recovery days do not feel like sitting in a hotel room. The camp itself is built for routine: train, recover, eat, repeat, with local activities chosen to support consistent training rather than fill a tourist itinerary.
