Mystical 200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training Immersion in Montezuma, Costa Rica

The training is built around the Peruvian Shamanic Medicine Wheel, a framework that guides you through four cycles of release, understanding, growth, and empowerment. That structure gives the three weeks a real arc—each day carries a spiritual lesson that ties together the morning meditation, the physical practice, and the afternoon workshops. It's not just about learning to teach poses; you'll also dive into yogic philosophy, the Yoga Sutras, Ayurveda, anatomy, and the art of teaching itself.

The days follow a steady rhythm: sunrise meditation, a 90-minute asana practice, a hearty breakfast, then workshops and classes until lunch. Afternoons cover the nuts and bolts of sequencing, alignment, and adjustments, with plenty of hands-on practice in small groups. Evenings bring everyone together for Satsang—which might be a meditation, kirtan chanting, or a cacao or fire ceremony.

You'll learn to teach two set sequences—Mystical Hatha Flow and Mystical Vinyasa Flow—and also get the tools to build your own classes. Peer teaching starts from day one, so you'll get comfortable finding your voice early on. The instructors are experienced and genuinely care about the material and the people in the room. The group is capped at 18, which keeps the training intimate and hands-on.
