Naia Yoga & Spa Retreat in Hoi An's Rice Fields

Guests stay three nights and follow a simple daily rhythm: yoga and meditation in the beachfront studio, meals of light freshly prepared food and cleansing juices, and two restorative full-body treatments in private spa rooms. The property sits on the edge of the rice fields, and Sarah Brudenell, a past guest, described borrowing bicycles for a 10-minute ride to the beach studio for yoga before returning for a 90-minute massage.

The retreat house was converted from founder Huong's family home into a wellness center, and the studio overlooks the beach. Treatments are Vietnamese-inspired and use all-natural ingredients, including body scrubs and natural facials. Meals can be taken on the outdoor deck or at the beach cafe overlooking the sea.

There are three yoga sessions included each day, mixing strong movement with gentler self-care. Meditation is woven into the daily schedule, and the beachfront setting means you can walk or cycle between the house and the sea. The spa has private treatment rooms where trained therapists work.

Naia keeps things small and quiet — it's a place to slow down, with no fixed itinerary beyond yoga, meals, and spa time. The rice-field setting and the short ride to the beach studio make it easy to spend the day between the two without much planning.
