Mornings start with a hike or a fitness class. The rest of the day is yours to fill from what is on — yoga, meditation, guided breathwork, strength and conditioning, ice baths, or nothing at all by the pool. Food comes from the on-site Wild Tribe Superfood Cafe: plant-based, high in protein, and put together by nutritionists rather than guessed at.

There are two ways to book. **All Inclusive** covers everything — accommodation, every meal and drink, massages, and airport transfers both ways. **Room & Classes** gives you the accommodation and the full activity programme at a considerably lower price, and leaves you to sort your own food and transfers. Both run from 8 to 29 days.

It suits people who want structure without a boot camp, and who would rather be coached than shouted at.
