LongVita Czapielski Młyn sits on the edge of a lake inside the Kashubian Landscape Park, surrounded by forest and roughly 36 km from Gdańsk Lech Wałęsa Airport. The property has 49 rooms, several apartments and a set of forest houses/bungalows set among the trees. Rooms in the main building look over the lake, many with balconies. The forest houses have a separate living and sleeping area and a private terrace. Guests describe the site as extremely quiet — this is a place where the loudest thing is the sauna door closing.
The daily schedule across most programmes follows the same shape. Days typically start at 7:30 a.m. with a swim in the lake, followed by outdoor stretching at 8:00 and breakfast at 9:00. A guided Nordic walking tour (4.5–6.5 km) leaves at 10:00, often followed by a group gym session at 11:30 and indoor stretching at 12:30. Lunch is at 1:30 p.m. Afternoon sessions focus on things like back-muscle training at 3:30, dinner at 5:30, and sauna sessions with a sauna master at 8:00 and 8:30 p.m. The exact programme varies by package and can shift on weekends and public holidays.
The food is one of the main reasons people come. The kitchen runs three calorie-controlled options — around 460, 800 or 1,200 calories a day — and builds meals from regional fruit and vegetables, whole grains and lean proteins. Detox weeks lean heavily on juices, fresh produce and light dishes; higher-calorie plans include eggs, chicken and fish. The kitchen handles vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and lactose-free requests. Meals are served at set times in a bright dining room with lake views.
The wellness area opens daily from noon to 10 p.m. and includes a heated pool, sauna, steam bath, whirlpool and a salt room with microclimate air. There's also a separate lakeside sauna used for guided rituals with the sauna master. Treatments available on site include classic and relaxing massages, lymphatic drainage, hydrotherapy baths, anti-stress deep-tissue massage, full-body scrubs, facials, manicures and pedicures. Hydrocolon therapy is available on request as part of the detox programme.
The hotel is run with a strong medical-wellness angle. A nurse is available for daily consultations Monday to Friday, and longer programmes include consultations with a dietitian and, on the recovery retreat, with a specialist. The gym is open 24 hours for guests on fitness-focused packages. Bicycles can be rented for exploring the Kashubian hills and lakes. Kartuzy is about 8 miles away and Gdańsk about 30 miles, reachable by bus or a paid hotel transfer.
