Oceanfront Yoga Teacher Training: 200-Hour Certification on Cape Cod

The training runs for 15 days and covers the core Yoga Alliance topics: asana practice and labs, teaching methodology, anatomy and physiology, and the yoga lifestyle. On top of that, Harmony Yoga School adds a student elective, a student teaching practicum, and dedicated classes on yoga business skills and career planning. You'll learn how to structure and sequence classes, and you'll get hands-on experience teaching in front of the group before you graduate.
