Padel & Island Adventure Week in Tenerife, Spain

The retreat is built around a natural rhythm of morning coaching, afternoon excursions, and evening matches. Days 2 to 5 each include a 90-minute coaching session at TR Padel Club Galeón in Adeje, where coaches adapt drills to different levels. Afternoons are for exploring—Teide National Park, Los Gigantes cliffs, coastal towns, and beaches. Evenings feature friendly matches, and the program ends with a tournament and BBQ on Day 6.

What sets this retreat apart is the balance. It's not an intensive camp with token sightseeing, nor a holiday with occasional padel. Every day is thoughtfully planned to mix training with adventure and relaxation. The small group format means coaches give real attention to each player, and the hosts' local knowledge opens doors to authentic Tenerife beyond the tourist trail.

The hosts, Anastasia and Maria, are both passionate about sport and travel. Maria played volleyball professionally before discovering padel, and Anastasia is a multilingual travel professional. They've designed the week to be social and welcoming, whether you come solo, as a couple, or with friends. You'll likely leave with new friends and a stronger game.

Accommodation is at the 4-star Alexandre Hotel Troya (or similar MYND Adeje), directly opposite Playa de Troya in Playa de las Américas. The hotel has several pools, a rooftop infinity pool, wellness facilities, and is steps from the oceanfront promenade. With return airport transfers, all excursions, and transportation organized, you just need to arrive and play.
