The retreat begins the moment you step into the camper and feel the pace of life soften. There is no fixed itinerary or schedule; the rhythm is co-created between you and your host, Bartolomé, a life coach with over a decade of experience. Each day unfolds naturally: mornings might start with a quiet breath of fresh air, a slow walk, or a moment by the water. Some days bring movement and conversation, others stillness. Throughout, you receive continuous one-on-one guidance, whether during a walk, while cooking, sitting by the sea, or sharing a meal. When something meaningful surfaces, you pause and explore it together in real time. The journey may include focused exercises, guided visualizations, journaling, and gentle inquiry, all shaped by your inner landscape and the environment. Evenings are quieter, with time to rest, reflect, write, or sit in silence. The camper itself is simple and lived-in, a shared moving home that becomes a grounded base for the deeper work that unfolds in nature. The experience is designed to help you leave lighter, clearer, and rooted in inner strength, with practical ways to stay connected to that calm and clarity in your daily life. The journey takes place in the natural landscapes of southern Spain, including forests, mountains, and the sea, which support your nervous system in a way that helps your body remember what calm feels like.
