Home › Retreats › Pilates & Yoga 'The Blend' Wellness Escape in the Cyclades, Greece
Greece · 6 days · From USD 4200
The retreat is built around the idea of blending Pilates and yoga—structure and flow. Each day includes two movement sessions: a morning practice and an afternoon session, with styles ranging from classical Pilates to vinyasa, yin, and restorative yoga. Khetanya Henderson, a third-generation classical Pilates instructor, leads the movement, bringing over two decades of study in dance, Feldenkrais, and the Alexander Technique to her classes. Her focus is on breath activation, functional strength, and purposeful movement.
Beyond the mat, the program includes breath-led morning walks, free-flow intuitive movement sessions, and nightly sound baths in nature. There's also time for creativity with a Cycladic clay workshop, and a full-day island boat excursion to deserted islands and secret beaches. Journaling and reflection are woven into the week, along with shared meals that foster a sense of community.
The location is a key part of the experience. Antiparos is a slow-paced island just a short ferry ride from Paros, known for its natural beauty and relaxed vibe. The retreat is set on a hillside overlooking the Aegean Sea and the island of Despotiko, with views of Apollo's temple adding to the serene atmosphere. The property features a pool, open terraces, and a sun-washed yoga shala surrounded by thyme.
