Private Breathwork & Shamanic Healing Retreat in Mauritius

This retreat is the culmination of Clémence and Manu's journey to Peru, where they lived for four years among the Peruvian people, learning from shamans and connecting with mountain communities. They returned to Mauritius with the intention of sharing what was passed on to them. The retreat is infused with these teachings and their own therapeutic practices, offering a unique blend of shamanic rituals, breathwork, and energy healing.

Each day, you’ll participate in a breathwork session and a shamanic ceremony, workshop, or ritual tailored to your intentions. The activities include sharing circles, forgiveness ceremonies, shamanic cacao ceremonies, various forms of breathwork (holistic, liberation, inner journey, rebirthing), shamanic ceremonial rapé, cleansing baths, guided meditations, energy healing, creative workshops, and art therapy. The program is flexible and adapts to what unfolds and releases during your stay.

The location is a beautiful villa right on the beach, facing the lagoon in Roches Noires, offering a peaceful setting with the sound of waves and sea breeze. The climate is tropical year-round, with temperatures from 22 to 30°C, perfect for outdoor practices or simply relaxing on the sand. With only one or a few guests at a time, the retreat offers an intimate, personalized experience that is ideal for solo travelers, couples, or small groups.
