The Puppy Yoga Retreat in Peyia, Cyprus, blends daily vinyasa and yin yoga with heartfelt encounters with rescued puppies. Your host, Ines, is a passionate yoga teacher with over 1,300 hours of training in India, Munich, and Corfu. She combines her love for dogs and yoga to create a space where you can relax, reflect, and connect with the present moment.

Each day follows a gentle rhythm: a morning vinyasa class to energize, brunch to refuel, free time for exploring or cuddling with the puppies, and an evening yin or meditation session to wind down. The yoga sessions take place in a cozy indoor studio or on the rooftop terrace overlooking the sea, with mats, blocks, and straps provided. There's no pressure to be advanced—beginners are welcome, and the pace is set to suit the group.

The puppies are the heart of this retreat. They're fostered in a loving home environment, socialized with people, and prepared for adoption. Guests can play with them in the garden, take them for walks, or simply watch them play—an activity that proves endlessly entertaining and calming. A portion of the retreat price directly supports the puppies' daily care during their foster time.

The villa itself is surrounded by nature, with sunny terraces, a garden, and a pool. It's a short walk or drive from the beach and hilly trails, and within easy reach of Akamas National Forest Park, waterfalls, and historic Paphos. Whether you're a solo traveler or in a group, the intimate setting and shared meals foster connection and lasting friendships.
