United States · 4 days · From USD 509
This retreat is a sacred remembering, a chance to shed old narratives, limiting beliefs, and anxious mindsets in the presence of some of the oldest living beings on Earth. The program is intentionally designed to integrate mindful tours of the Redwoods, energy and sound healing, bodywork, nutritious meals, guided meditations, yoga, and breathwork to create an environment of profound personal healing and transformation. Each day offers a balance of structured activities and free time, allowing you to go as deep as you feel called.
The journey begins with a mindfully guided redwood tour led by Wonder Woman Heart, a former National Park Ranger, who brings both scientific and spiritual insight to these miraculous trees. Her guided meditative walks through Stout Grove and a Watershed Movement Meditation at the mouth of the Smith River offer a unique lens to connect with the land. Throughout the retreat, a team of skilled body workers and energy healers is available for individual sessions, ranging from massage to Reiki to sound healing, providing personalized support for your healing path.
Evenings are woven with magic: group sound healing, meditation, and breathwork under the canopy of stars, a full moon ceremony, bonfires, and song circles. Journaling prompts and sacred altar creation invite deep self-reflection. Optional 1:1 energy healing sessions with Dr. Elaine offer further opportunities for release and expansion. Indigenous teachings or offerings are included as available, honoring the ancestral lands. This is a deeply immersive experience that supports you in releasing what no longer serves you and embracing your authentic self.
Samantha, founder of Soma Wellness, brings her gifts as a lead yoga facilitator and personal chef to curate a retreat that feels both grounded and expansive. Her journey from a small cafe owner to a retreat facilitator is woven into the fabric of the experience, creating a container of love, safety, and authentic connection. The retreat's small group size (maximum 16) ensures personalized attention and the chance to form meaningful bonds with like-minded individuals seeking growth and healing.
