The retreat runs out of Hotel La Victoria, a restored boutique property in La Orotava's old town. The town itself is the real highlight — a National Historical and Artistic Monument with cobbled streets, colorful mansions, and the famous Victoria Gardens right next to the hotel. Unlike the busier tourist areas of Tenerife, La Orotava moves slowly, and the retreat is designed around that rhythm.

Each day follows a similar, soothing pattern: breakfast, then unstructured time to rest or roam, followed by a 50-minute massage in the late afternoon. The massages are the core of the program — an aromatherapy massage, a Canarian volcanic stone massage, and a deep tissue massage, all tailored to your needs. A fourth massage, included as a gift when booking through this site, adds an extra layer of relaxation.

The team is small and personal. Marta coordinates, Marga is a local massage therapist known for her warm, family-style care, and Eva is a health psychologist who offers optional sessions on stress and mental wellbeing. Optional activities like gentle yoga, guided walks, and cultural visits can be arranged, but the retreat doesn't push anything on you.
