Home › Retreats › Santorini Yoga and Wellness Escape: 7 Days of Vinyasa, Breathwork, and Aegean Luxury
Santorini · 7 days · From USD 3650
Days here follow a loose rhythm: yoga before breakfast, a long stretch of free time in the middle of the day, then a second session before dinner. Anna builds the schedule around two daily immersions, usually one more active (Vinyasa, mobility, functional movement) and one more restorative (sound meditation, breathwork, mindfulness, or lymph and vagal work). She draws on functional anatomy and somatic techniques, so even the slower sessions have a physical logic to them rather than being purely ambient.
What sets this apart from the many Santorini yoga weeks is the property itself. NOŪS is a brand-new Cycladic resort built around contemporary art and design — think minimalist white architecture, textured materials, and a thermal spa with steam baths, saunas and a cold plunge. There's also a fully equipped fitness room, a zero-entry outdoor pool, and a meditative fire pit on site. You're not shuttling to a studio somewhere else; everything happens where you're staying.
Anna Haddad founded ONEYOGAHOUSE, which runs studios in Brooklyn and Montauk, and she came to yoga from a career in finance — she's a former Wall Street professional and a second-degree black belt. She's been teaching full-time since 2012, with a background in functional anatomy, breathwork and mobility work. Her classes are alignment-focused but fluid: anchored in tradition, shaped by curiosity.
Beyond the mat, Santorini does the rest. You can walk the Fira-to-Oia caldera trail, visit Ancient Akrotiri and the museum sites at Thera and Kamari, take a wine-tasting island tour, or spend an afternoon at Black Sand Beach where you can jet ski, parasail, wakeboard or windsurf. Massages can be booked on property, and the thermal spa circuit is there whenever you want it. Breakfast and dinner are included daily at the resort; lunches aren't, so most people eat out or grab something between sessions. Optional extras (excursions, treatments, watersports) are paid separately on site.
