The retreat is held at Solar de Alcains, a heritage estate that's part of the experience itself—its historic architecture, gardens, and olive groves create an atmosphere of calm and timelessness.

A typical day involves a guided session with Rosemary, a counselling psychologist who uses an integrated approach that includes counselling, hypnotherapy, NLP, NVC, Access Bars, Reiki, and other tools. Afternoons might include art therapy with a dedicated facilitator, breathwork, or simply free time to journal, read, or wander the grounds. The women's sharing circles are a core part of the experience, offering a safe space to connect with other guests and feel heard.

The location in Central Portugal is a highlight. The estate is near Castelo Branco, a historic city, and is surrounded by the region's slow rhythm, open landscapes, and traditional villages. The day trip to Monsanto and Idanha-a-Velha, two of Portugal's most atmospheric historic settlements, provides a meaningful cultural experience that complements the inner journey. Guests leave with a sense of having truly gotten away, both from their daily lives and into a deeper connection with themselves.
