The week runs at a retreat centre in the hills near Villar del Arzobispo, in the Valencia region of Spain. The setting is olive groves, citrus trees and fragrant herbs, with terraces looking over rolling hills. It is quiet, rural and warm, and the programme uses that setting for outdoor sitting and walking as well as indoor group work.

Monique, Edgar and Petra lead the retreat between them. The programme blends shamanic rituals and heart-opening ceremonies with gentler practices: yoga flows, loving-kindness meditation, breathwork and body-based work. Alongside the group sessions you get individual healing sessions, energetic clearings and chakra work with healing stones. Massage is included, and the bodywork is there to help emotional release rather than as a spa extra.

A typical day mixes scheduled sessions with free time. You will be in group practice in the morning and have space in the afternoon for a walk, a dip in the pool or a rest on the terrace.
