Home › Retreats › Serbian Village Detox & Wellness Retreat: 3-Day Private Reset in 150-Year-Old Farmhouses
Serbia · 4 days · From EUR 320
The retreat runs in the village of Korenita, close to Loznica in Serbia, on a property set above 300 metres of altitude with views over the surrounding countryside. Accommodation is in traditional houses older than 150 years, built from natural materials — stone, mud and wood. The village itself is quiet, and the wider area gives you three easy excursions: the Tronoša monastery, the village of Tršić (the birthplace of Vuk Karadžić), and Banja Koviljača, the spa town known as the royal spa.
Where this differs from a typical detox retreat is the format. Most programmes put you in a group of ten or twenty and run the same timetable for everyone. Here the minimum booking is two people and the maximum is four, and participants arrive together — as a couple, as friends, as family — so you are never placed with strangers. Ivana builds the daily plan around what the quantum scan shows and what comes up in the emotional sessions, so the sequence of therapies changes from booking to booking. Massage is the one treatment charged separately (3,000 RSD), everything else in the timetable is part of the programme.
The day has a fixed shape. 07:45 is the morning detox ritual — a light drink that gets the cleansing processes going. 08:00 is movement outdoors: a walk plus gentle exercises aimed at activating the internal organs and the lymphatic system. 09:30 is an individual emotional session, working on the causes of tension and suppressed emotion. 10:00 to 12:00 is the block of personalised therapies, selected according to your state — quantum analysis, bioresonance, light therapy, energy clearing, quantum harmonisation. 13:00 is a plant-based meal for regeneration. 14:00 to 17:00 is integration time: rest, silence, space to let the body work through the process. 17:00 is an afternoon walk back into your own rhythm. 18:00 is a light evening meal, 18:30 evening harmonisation to release energy and emotional tension, and 20:00 a calming ritual with breathing techniques to set up a deep night's sleep.
The food is vegan and made from fresh local plant ingredients. Breakfast is replaced by detox drinks — the point being to give the digestive system a rest and hydrate the body in the morning. Lunch and dinner are proper meals, high in fibre, vitamins and minerals. Guests who have been through the programme tend to mention two things: that they never felt hungry, and that they carried the menu and the recipes home with them and kept going.
Ivana Tatalović Milenković runs the retreat personally and leads every session. She works across psychotherapy, nutrition and energy-based methods, and the format she has set up — small group, individual attention, silence at meals, limited phone use — is what makes the results possible. Check-in is by 12:00 on the first day and check-out by 10:00 on the last day, after the morning activities. Activities and treatments can be adjusted depending on circumstances and the needs of the group.
