The structure of the six days is deliberately loose. There's a silent container held from the first evening, and the core work is equine therapy sessions with the resident horses. Those sessions aren't riding lessons. They're ground-based: you're in the field or the yard, the horse moves toward or away from you, and the facilitator helps you notice what's happening.
