Six-Day Desert Healing Retreat with Restorative Yoga and Hot Springs in Taos, New Mexico

The retreat runs from arrival on 8 April to departure on 13 April 2027, based at Casa Europa in Taos. The core of the programme is group Sacred Blueprint Healing with Shan Massucco, run alongside ceremony, meditation and integration circles. Restorative yoga and breathwork are scheduled through the week, and there is a mineral bath or another aligned guest offering when scheduled.

What separates this from a general wellness week is the mix of inner work and time outside. Selected Taos excursions and nature experiences are part of the package, including hiking the Rio Grande and soaking in hot springs. The property itself has mountain views, a hot tub, a sauna and an outdoor firepit for the evenings.

Shan Massucco leads the retreat through Shan Divine Healing, based in the United States. She also runs a 6 Day VIP Awakening in the Desert retreat in Taos and a 6 Day Mother Daughter Sacred Retreat in Taos, and an 11-day Rose Star Pilgrimage in Greece. Individual support is available as needed during the week, and pre-retreat intake and preparation materials are sent ahead of arrival.

The group is kept small, which is why the two room options have limited places: six spots left on the shared-room package and three on the private-room package at the time of listing. Meals are tailored to the group and the final itinerary sets out which meals are provided. Gluten-free, vegetarian and vegan diets are accommodated if you tell the hosts in advance.

Taos sits in the high desert of northern New Mexico, and the week uses that setting directly: the Rio Grande hike and the hot springs are built into the schedule rather than offered as extras. Full directions and travel guidance are shared once your booking is confirmed.
