The spa sits on two levels and is open to hotel guests without charge. Hours vary by day: Monday 9am to 12pm, Tuesday 3pm to 8pm, and Wednesday to Sunday 9am to 12pm and 1:30pm to 8pm. Outside guests who are not booking treatments pay 30 € for the morning (9am to 12pm) or 50 € for the afternoon (1:30pm to 5pm), except at weekends and on public holidays, subject to availability and by appointment.

Facilities include the 6m x 12m heated indoor pool, a hammam with a starry sky, a sauna, a large bubble bath, two duo treatment cabins and one single cabin. The decor mixes vegetation, pebbles, stone and glass, and there is a garden with a panoramic view of the River Yonne. In 2012 the spa won the best spa trophy from Relais & Châteaux, and in 2018 it was awarded the Spa-A Quality Charter label, which is assessed against 60 criteria covering customer care, treatments, equipment, products and environmental preservation.

The private tropical lounge is a 50 m² space with balneotherapy, an infrared sauna and a relaxation lounge around a plant wall. It holds a maximum of four people and is priced at 160 € per person for one hour at weekends or 110 € per person for one hour during the week, with gourmet treats and a glass of champagne. The VIP room, with hammam, spa and relaxation area, is 160 € for two hours for two people; you can add a tea time of tea and pastries for 40 € for two, or champagne at 115 € a bottle or 75 € for a half bottle. The Well-being Break day package runs Wednesday to Sunday and includes 50 or 80 minutes of treatment of your choice from the treatment menu, access to the spa facilities for the morning or the afternoon, and lunch at the Bien-Être et Saveurs restaurant with starter, main course, dessert, mineral water and coffee.

Children under 10 may use the spa from 9am to 3pm and from 6:45pm to 8pm under parental supervision, and children using the pool remain their parents' responsibility. Children under 16 are not allowed in the hammam, sauna or treatment rooms, and treatments are given to adults only.
