Spirit Woman Retreat: Yoga, Earth Rituals & Mysticism in Wales

The Spirit Woman Retreat is a four-day, three-night immersive experience set in a renovated barn and farmhouse in Carno, Wales. The location is intentionally remote, surrounded by green hills, providing a true escape from daily life. The retreat is hosted by Abi, who brings together physical movement, breathwork, and earth-based spiritual practices in a way that feels personal and profound.

Each day offers a balance of structured practice and free time. Mornings begin with journaling for self-enquiry, followed by a slow vinyasa yoga flow to wake up the body. After breakfast, you might join a cacao ceremony or a tarot workshop. Afternoons are for restorative workshops like transformational breathwork, yoni steam, or energy cleansing rituals, with plenty of time to relax, read, or book a massage with an on-site therapist.

The retreat is limited to a small group of 10-16 women, creating an intimate, supportive atmosphere. The sessions are optional—you're encouraged to make the retreat your own, whether that means joining everything or taking quiet time for yourself. The food is vegan, home-cooked, and served in the farmhouse, and all dietary needs can be accommodated.
