Surf & Yoga Week in Morocco's Coastal Village

The retreat is based at a converted surf house in the heart of Tamraght, a 15-minute walk from the beach. It's a simple, comfortable setup — five rooms across two floors, shared bathrooms, two rooftop terraces with views of the ocean and mountains. No bunk beds, no hostel atmosphere.

Surf lessons happen every morning with Hassan and his team. They know the coastline inside out and will take you to whichever of the 15 nearby breaks suits your level that day. Complete beginners typically stand up on day one; intermediate surfers get pushed to the next stage. After a packed lunch on the beach, there's a supervised free-surf session in the afternoon for anyone who wants more water time.

Yoga runs four mornings a week — 60-minute sessions on the rooftop terrace before breakfast. The style isn't specified, but expect something accessible to all levels, designed to loosen you up for a day in the water.
