The resort is built around a set of curated packages rather than a single retreat week. Guests choose according to length and appetite: 'Overnight stay, spa and breakfast' for a quick reset; 'Stay, Spa and Dinner' or 'Spa & Bubbles' for a fuller evening; two- and three-night breaks with 20% and 30% discounts respectively for people who want more days along the coast. The wellness packages add treatments — the 'Wellness Package' bundles accommodation, spa entrance, dinner, breakfast and a treatment, while the 'Team Day with Wellness' is aimed at groups who want treatments plus team activities.

A typical stay runs like this: check in during the afternoon, change and head down to FLOW Spa for a circuit of the pools and saunas, then eat at Maritimus — a three-course menu or a buffet in the evening. Mornings are spa and a long breakfast, or a round of golf from April onwards, or a walk into Strömstad or out towards Kosterhavet. Evening Spa with Dinner follows the same shape in reverse: dinner first at Maritimus, spa afterwards. Day-only options include Morning Spa with Breakfast, Day Spa with Lunch, and Day Spa with Treatment (discounted 25% through September and October).

What separates this from a purpose-built fitness retreat is that nothing is compulsory. There is no daily class schedule, no instructor leading you through sessions, and no set group. The spa's treatment menu covers Relaxing Massage, DUO Massage, Facial Massage, Pedicure with Foot Massage, Nail Polish or Hand Massage and Light Therapy. The DUO Massage is designed for two, which fits the couples-and-friends pattern of most bookings here. For families, the autumn break package adds indoor and outdoor activities, and there's a family Christmas table on December 6th with kids' activities and a possible visit from Santa.

If you want a specific leader, a training plan or a guaranteed group of like-minded athletes, this isn't that.
