Transformative Ayahuasca Wellness Retreat in Barcelona with Cofán Traditions

This Barcelona retreat is a carefully designed experience that honors the Cofán lineage of Putumayo, Colombia, while incorporating modern therapeutic practices to ensure a balanced and effective healing process. The retreat begins even before you arrive: after booking your deposit, you will have an evaluation and orientation call to assess fit and safety, followed by a mandatory preparation session (€89 for first-time participants) that covers dietary guidelines, ceremony protocols, and mental readiness.

During the retreat, you will participate in Ayahuasca ceremonies held in the evenings, accompanied by live music from singers and musicians, creating a deeply immersive and healing atmosphere. Days are dedicated to integration sessions with therapists and coaches, where you can process and understand your experiences. Optional ceremonies with sacred medicines like Kambo, Bufo Alvarius, and Yopo are available at an additional cost, providing unique opportunities for detoxification and ego dissolution. Magic mushrooms are also offered at no extra cost, exchangeable for an Ayahuasca ceremony.

The venue itself is a sanctuary of peace, set in the beautiful hills north of Barcelona, surrounded by nature. Accommodation is in comfortable shared rooms with either twin beds or bunk beds, offering simplicity and tranquility. The retreat includes two healthy meals per day (breakfast and lunch), along with snacks and beverages, all following the recommended dietary guidelines for ceremony preparation. Round-trip transfers from the nearest train station ensure a hassle-free arrival.

Holistika Center's team is international and multilingual (English, French, Spanish), with facilitators bringing a wealth of expertise—from Ritshi, founder and medicine man with extensive training in psychedelic coaching, to Angela, Florin, Katia, Bruno, and Anna, each offering unique skills in somatic therapy, family constellations, nutritional science, and holistic bodywork.
