Mallorca · 8 days · From EUR 994
A typical day starts early. Sunrise yoga on the terrace or a functional fitness circuit in the outdoor training area, then breakfast back at the villa — eggs, fruit, yoghurt, good coffee, that kind of thing. The second session of the day usually lands late morning or early afternoon and varies: one day it's a strength and endurance CrossTraining block, another it's a HIIT beach bootcamp down at Cala Barques, another it's a team relay challenge. Afternoons are mostly free. Some people go back to the beach, some walk into Pollença for coffee, some book a massage.
The week is built as a progression rather than seven identical days. Arrival day is deliberately light — check-in from 14:00, a welcome meeting, then a gentle evening stretch. Day 2 is about settling in: a morning circuit, an optional personal training assessment if you want one, an afternoon beach workout and a group dinner. Day 3 pushes strength and endurance, Day 4 is the cardio and challenge day with the option of a hike or watersports instead of one session, Day 5 is the peak — a functional fitness challenge with a team relay and a community BBQ in the evening. Day 6 flips to recovery: gentle yoga and breathwork, an easy coastal walk, free afternoon. Saturday is a free day to explore the island, and Sunday you check out by 10:00.
What separates this from a standard fitness holiday is the villa itself. It's not a hotel — the listing says so directly. It's a shared house with a pool, a sun terrace, a rooftop chill-out area, a shared kitchen, a dedicated yoga space and an outdoor fitness area, all on site. That means the training and the living happen in the same place, which is why solo travellers tend to get on well here. You're not commuting to a gym and then going back to a hotel room alone.
The location is a real factor. Pollença sits in the north of the island, close to the Serra de Tramuntana and the beaches around Cala Barques and Port de Pollença. The north is quieter and greener than the south, and the kitesurfing spot at Alcúdia is nearby if you want to add that on. The guided hike is included and takes you into the national park terrain.
Coaching is done by the camp's own team — two group sessions a day, five yoga classes a week, and optional personal training you can book on site. The vibe is coached but not shouted at; the group size caps at 14, so sessions stay small enough for the coach to actually correct your form rather than just counting reps.
