Your day might also include Balinese cultural activities, such as a guided village tour, rice paddy trekking, a waterfall purification, or workshops in making natural coconut oil or Balinese offerings for Hindu ceremonies. These are optional, and the schedule is flexible.

Each day includes a complimentary spa treatment, with a choice of traditional Balinese massages, body scrubs, and facials, done either in an outdoor garden pavilion or an indoor spa room. The retreat also offers an optional detox juice program, where juices replace some meals, supported by the daily organic juices that are included.
