Daily experience: Days begin with sunrise yoga on our open-air shala, overlooking the jungle. After a hearty breakfast, you are free to participate in optional workshops on nutrition, mindfulness, and self-care. Afternoons feature restorative yin yoga or a guided nature walk. Evenings wind down with meditation and a peaceful dinner, followed by starlit relaxation.

Unique aspects: Our retreat includes a private visit to the Tirta Empul Temple for a purifying water ceremony, a Balinese cooking class, and a traditional healing session with a local healer. We also offer daily 1-on-1 coaching sessions to help you integrate your experience into a long-term wellness plan.
