Wellness Escape in the Tulum Jungle: A 5-Day Journey of Healing and Connection

The retreat is anchored in the Tulum jungle at Kaaba Luum, a boutique estate where the accommodations are private suites set on a private estate. The journey is structured around nine 'SOULRENDER' pillars – Surrender, Self Love, Stillness, Expression, Connection, Healing, Service, Integration, Rebirth – and each day is meant to build on the previous one, moving from arrival and release to connection, healing, and finally integration. Days flow between guided inner work, movement, stillness, and time to simply be. Mornings start with coffee and quiet, followed by meditation, breathwork, and gentle movement. Midday brings workshops on self-awareness, relationships, and conscious connection, plus creative sessions like art and journaling. Afternoons are for the pool, journaling, or excursions to nearby cenotes and the beach. Evenings feature sound healing, fire ceremonies, and rooftop meditation under the stars. Leticia and Joe, the co-founders of SOULRENDER, lead the program. Leticia's personal story of transformation, which she shares openly, has shaped the retreat's deeply personal and lived feel. She leads with presence and warmth, having walked through her own period of darkness and rebirth, and her practices – meditation, breathwork, journaling, conscious connection – are what she now teaches. The location itself does a lot of the work: the jungle setting, the 125-acre estate, the sounds of wildlife, the open-air spaces – all are designed to help you disconnect from noise and hear yourself again.
