Home › Retreats › Wellness Reset Weekend: Private Cacao Ritual & Rooftop Pools in Tulum
Mexico · 3 days · From USD 398
The Cacao & Wellness Escape is a short, private retreat designed around the lunar cycle. The centrepiece is a private full moon or new moon cacao ceremony, where the two of you set intentions, release what's not serving you, and drink ceremonial cacao in an intimate setting. The team at Smart Depas coordinates all the details, so you don't have to arrange anything yourself—you just show up, and the ritual, yoga, and cycling are booked around you.
Beyond the ceremony, you get a private yoga session and an indoor cycling class, both for two. The yoga happens in the building's yoga space, and the cycling is on a Bitclo indoor bike. The rest of the time is yours to structure how you like. The apartments are in La Veleta, a residential area about ten minutes from the beach, with cenotes, cafes, and Tulum's wellness scene all within easy reach. The staff can point you to local spots or set up extra activities if you want them.
The accommodation is a big part of what makes this different from a typical retreat. You're not in a shared dorm or a standard hotel room—you have a full one-bedroom apartment with a kitchen, living area, and a private balcony with an outdoor hot tub. It's a comfortable base where you can cook your own food, work remotely if you need to, and come and go as you please. The building itself has two rooftop pools, a gym, and common areas, so there's plenty of space to relax without leaving the property.
