Thailand · 3 days · From THB 18000 (indicative)
The retreat is sold as a package rather than a fixed timetable. On a three-night booking you get two 60-minute wellness experiences per person, daily breakfast for two, one three-course wellness lunch for two, a private sound-bath session and scheduled shared return speedboat transfers. Stay five nights or more and it becomes four 60-minute experiences per person plus a wellness picnic for two. The activities you choose from include Thai massage, yoga, Pilates, Muay Thai, sound meditation and self-care workshops, and the resort arranges them around your preferences.
Spa treatments start with guided breathing exercises, done before the treatment itself to slow you down first. The Holistic Abdominal Massage pairs that breathing with gentle manual work on the abdomen; the resort describes it as being for relaxation and digestive comfort. The Naga Martial Massage takes its cues from traditional Thai martial arts, combining controlled breathing with stretching, and is aimed at guests winding down after Muay Thai. Traditional Thai massage and Tok Sen are given in beachfront cabanas overlooking the water.
The floating sound healing is the one thing here you will not find at most island resorts. It is available to guests staying in selected pool villas and penthouses: you lie on an inflatable bed floating in your own pool while sound therapy and guided meditation run through the session. It is a private booking, not a group class.
Where this differs from a dedicated fitness camp: there is no set training schedule and no group WOD at 06:00. Muay Thai and Pilates are among the experiences you choose, one session at a time, alongside massage and sound work. If you want two training sessions a day, six days a week, this is not that. If you want a few days on a quiet island with a Muay Thai session, a Pilates class and a lot of time in the water, it fits.
Getting there is straightforward from either airport. From Phuket International Airport it is roughly 20 minutes by road to Laem Sai Pier, then a 35-minute speedboat. From Krabi's Thalane Pier the boat takes about 30 minutes. The shared return speedboat transfers in the package cover the scheduled crossings, which makes it workable for international arrivals through either gateway.
