The retreat takes place at The Lighthouse, an adults-only property at the highest point on Little Corn Island. It's a 10-15 minute walk from the dock and village, up a scenic hill, which adds a bit of exercise to your day. The elevation means constant sea breezes keep rooms cool naturally, and the views stretch over the treetops to the Caribbean.

Days are unhurried. Mornings begin with breakfast made from local ingredients—think fresh fruit, coconut, and avocado. Midday is open for swimming in turquoise water, resting in a hammock, or walking jungle paths. Selected days include a guided snorkeling trip through coral reefs, with a beach lunch prepared by local cooks. Evenings wind down with dinner in the village or at the retreat, often at sunset.

The hosts, sisters Raneem and Naseem, are hands-on. Raneem handles the details and island tips, while Naseem gives treatments—guests consistently mention her chocolate massage as a highlight. They can arrange extras like trips to Otto Beach or private boat tours. The island itself has no cars, banks, or large resorts, only sandy paths and a small community. This retreat suits travelers who want to unplug completely, with no yoga experience required.
