Moonspiration is run by Moon and Mati, a couple who oversee the property with the support of volunteer helpers. Moon is a long-time yoga and emotional development teacher, while Mati, a former professional rugby player, brings an athletic yet spiritual energy to the program. Their small-group approach means classes are adjusted to your level, whether you are new to yoga or have been practicing for years. The variety of yoga styles allows you to discover what suits you best, from the slower, alignment-focused Hatha and Yin to the more dynamic Vinyasa and Ashtanga flows, plus Yoga Nidra for deep rest and relaxation. Evenings often include themed practices around chakras, Ayurveda, or building a positive mindset. The daily structure is simple: a long morning yoga session, a hearty brunch, a free afternoon for the beach, hiking, or treatments like Reiki, massage, or sound healing, and then a second yoga class in the evening followed by a shared dinner. Weekly events, depending on the season, might include ecstatic dance, sound baths, mantra singing, or acro yoga workshops. The location itself is a key part of the experience: a countryside escape with mountain views and glimpses of the sea, yet close enough to the town of Villajoyosa and the beach to offer variety.
