Women's Luxury Wellness Retreat in the Cotswolds

The retreat runs over two full days, from 10:30 AM to 6:00 PM each day. Day one is about release and reconnection. You'll arrive, settle in, and start with a rose tea ritual and grounding meditation. The morning includes a sacred cacao ceremony designed to open the heart and bring you into the present moment. Then comes the first deep one-on-one NLP coaching session, where you'll start to identify what's ready to shift. After a wellness lunch, there's time for nature immersion, followed by a Reiki and hand reflexology treatment. As the day winds down, you'll experience a sound healing session with gongs, crystal singing bowls, and shamanic drumming. Day two shifts to transformation and alignment. It starts with morning grounding in nature, then an optional Hapé ceremony for those who feel called to it. The advanced coaching session builds on day one, working on confidence, future vision, and creating sustainable change. There's a personalized hypnotherapy session, and the retreat closes with another sound journey and the creation of your personal wellbeing plan. The whole program is adapted to you, so the pace and the focus areas will change based on your needs.
