The retreat is held at La Gualda Vecchia, a restored farmhouse on a hill above the Val di Cornia, surrounded by nine hectares of oak and cork oak forest. This is not a hotel-like setting; it's a home where life moves slower, and the program is designed to match that rhythm. Mornings start with gentle yoga and meditation in a yurt nestled in the trees, followed by workshops led by your host, Sophie. She is a certified meditation and breathwork teacher who left a corporate career to create Kriya Collective, and she weaves in astrology, herbalism, and subconscious rewiring techniques. Afternoons might include a hands-on ceramics class, a walk through the forest, or time in the outdoor wellness area with a wood-fired sauna and hot tub. Evenings are unhurried, with nourishing meals and conversation. The retreat is intentionally small—maximum 10 women—so you get individual attention and a real sense of sisterhood. The practices are practical, not just experiential; you'll learn techniques for breathwork, journaling, and mindfulness that you can slot into a busy schedule once you're home.
