You'll try a 'dream machine' (a sensory device that combines light and sound), sound therapy, and a sensory shower — all designed to bring you back to what your body is actually feeling. The schedule also includes a 60-minute personalized massage and an energy treatment for each guest, so the pampering is built in.

The villa itself is a major draw. It's a five-minute drive from the beach, has a private pool and spa area, and each of the four bedrooms can be set up as a double or twin.
