Yin Yoga Teaching Certification with Breathwork on Gozo

The training is built around Yellow Rock Yoga's own way of teaching Yin, which weaves pranayama, meditation, and visualizations into the long-held poses. You'll cover the philosophy and history of Yin, every pose, the meridian and kosha systems, chakras, creative sequencing, and anatomy and physiology. By the end you need to be able to build your own sequences aimed at a specific energetic outcome, using chakra work, breath, and meditation.
