Home › Retreats › Yoga, Breathwork and Leadership Retreat on Amorgos, Greece
Amorgos · 8 days · From USD 2999
The retreat is built around a daily rhythm rather than a packed excursion list. The published sample day runs: 6:30 sunrise movement or meditation, 8:00 coffee and breakfast, 10:30 hot yoga, 11:00 lunch, 14:00 vision and self-leadership work. That leaves the late afternoon and evening open for sea swims, sunset reflections and rest. The page also lists sunrise meditations, mindful walks and dynamic yoga along the cliffs and sea-paths of Amorgos as part of the week.
Kate Jenkins and the Native Strength Revolution team lead the programme, weaving tradition, storytelling, leadership and creative expression into the sessions. The page describes daily ceremonies of stillness, meditation, cultural sharing and storytelling alongside the movement work. It is a mix of yoga, breathwork and personal leadership rather than a pure asana week.
What separates this from a standard Greek island yoga week is the leadership component and the small group. The page frames the retreat for people who have done "go fast" mode and want movement and stillness, culture and creativity, leadership and legacy in the same week. It is not pitched as a holiday with classes attached.
Amorgos itself is the setting: olive groves, salt-and-sage air, cliff paths above the Aegean. The week is timed for August, so expect hot days and warm sea. The schedule builds in deep rest rather than pushing through the heat.
Included in the price are the port shuttle, seven nights' accommodation, yoga classes, breathwork sessions, personal leadership sessions, a 30-minute massage and two full meals each day. Flights and ferry rides are not included.
