Yoga Teacher Training and Wellness Retreat in the Himalayas

This is a foundation course for anyone new to yoga teaching or wanting to understand the practice more deeply. The training runs over 12 days and covers asana, pranayama, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy, and teaching methodology. You'll be in Rishikesh, the town considered the birthplace of yoga, and the school sits right by the river, so the surroundings support the practice.
