The hotel sits in Los Pargos, a short walk from Playa Negra beach — five minutes, according to the hotel. Rooms come in three shapes: superior double rooms, triple rooms and suites, each with a range of amenities the hotel says are there for comfort. The page does not list individual room amenities, so ask before booking if something specific matters to you.
Leche de Tigre, the on-site restaurant, cooks Peruvian food alongside a selection of international dishes. It is open every day: breakfast 07:00–11:00, lunch and dinner 11:00–21:00. A menu is linked from the site but the dishes themselves are not listed here.
Club Solare is the hotel's sun-and-pool space, with sunbathing areas, cabanas and pool access. It is not included with a room as far as the page says — you buy an access pass for the day.
There is no fitness, yoga or surf instruction included in what is described. Playa Negra is a well-known surf break, but the page does not mention lessons, boards or guiding, so treat any surfing as something you arrange yourself.
