Camp runs in two separate six-day blocks in July 2027: Session 1 from 11 to 17 July, Session 2 from 18 to 24 July. Each session follows the same travel pattern, so a camper can attend either week or both back to back.

Bus 1 leaves Portland at 08:00 from Lincoln High School, 1750 SW Salmon, and reaches Burns High School, 1100 Oregon Ave, at 14:30. Campers flying into Portland Airport have to make their own way from PDX to Lincoln High School — the camp does not collect them at the airport. On the return, the bus leaves Burns High School at 12:00 on 17 or 24 July and arrives back at Lincoln High School at 18:30.

Bus 2 covers Eugene/Springfield and Bend. It departs the McDonald's at 3405 Gateway St in Springfield at 09:00 (take I-5 exit 195-A, right on Gateway St, the McDonald's is on the left), reaches the McDonald's at 2048 Hwy 97 N in Bend at 12:00 and leaves again at 12:15, then arrives at Burns High School at 14:45. Coming home, it leaves Burns at 12:00, reaches Bend at 14:30 and departs at 14:45, and arrives in Springfield at 17:30.

Campers who travel to Burns in a private vehicle with their parents join the camp bus at Burns High School for the final leg to the camp site, and the same handover happens in reverse at the end of the session. Parents and campers are expected to coordinate these connections themselves.

One firm rule: be half an hour early for your ride. Seats on the bus are reserved separately, so a place at camp does not automatically mean a place on the coach.
